Delete your Flexra account

Flexra (package com.Flexy.app) lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

Open Flexra → Settings → Delete Account, confirm with your password. This immediately and permanently removes your account.

Option 2 — By email (if you no longer have the app)

Email support@flexra.app from the email address on your Flexra account with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll process it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your email, authentication tokens, connected Amazon Flex credentials, your activity history, and any feedback you submitted are permanently removed.

What we keep (and why)

We retain only a one-way, de-identified hashed identifier plus a count of free blocks already used, solely to prevent abuse of our free-trial offer. It contains no name, email, or other personal information, cannot be reversed or linked back to you, and is never used for tracking or advertising. If you need it removed for a legal reason (e.g. GDPR/CCPA), email us at the address above.
