This Privacy Policy explains how Synexa Labs ("Synexa Labs", "we", "us"), the operator of Flexra ("Flexra", the "app"), collects, uses, and protects your information. By using Flexra you agree to this policy.
When you use Flexra, we and our service providers may collect basic technical information — such as app version, device type, and timestamps — to keep the service reliable, diagnose problems, and protect against misuse.
We use your information to operate Flexra — to watch for Amazon Flex offers that match your filters and to accept them on your behalf — and to provide support, process the fees you owe, keep the service secure, and improve how it works.
Flexra uses the Amazon Flex sign-in information you provide to act on your behalf — that is what lets it watch for and accept offers for you. This information is transmitted over secure (HTTPS) connections and stored on our servers, with access limited to what is needed to run the service. We never sell it. You can disconnect your Amazon Flex account from Flexra at any time, and you can contact us to have it removed.
Our website uses only the essential cookies needed for it to function. The Flexra app itself does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Any cookies used by our service providers are covered by their own policies.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run Flexra — such as our hosting provider and our payment provider (Stripe) — and only as needed to provide the service, or where we are required to by law. These providers may only use your information to perform their work for us.
We use secure (HTTPS) connections and limit access to your information to what is needed to run the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Flexra may contain links to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies before providing any information.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect your Amazon Flex account, we remove the associated sign-in information. If you delete your Flexra account, we delete your personal data, except where we are required to retain limited records by law.
You can access, correct, or delete your account information, and disconnect your Amazon Flex sign-in, from within the app or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Australian Privacy Act, the GDPR, or the CCPA.
Flexra is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the updated version here and change the date above.
