These Terms govern your use of Flexra, operated by Synexa Labs ("Synexa Labs", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Flexra.
Flexra is an independent, third-party tool that helps Amazon Flex drivers watch for and accept delivery offers based on the filters you set. Flexra does not employ you, does not provide delivery work, and does not control which offers exist or who receives them.
You are solely responsible for your own Amazon Flex account and for your use of Flexra, including complying with any agreements you have with Amazon or any other third party. You are responsible for keeping your Flexra login secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
Flexra — including the app, its design, and its content — is owned by Synexa Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use Flexra for its intended purpose while you comply with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it.
You agree not to misuse Flexra, resell or redistribute it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to break the law or to harm others. We may limit or suspend access that we reasonably believe is abusive or harmful to the service or to other users.
Flexra charges a service fee of 3.5% of the pay for each delivery block accepted through the app. Fees are billed to the payment method you provide, and payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. By using Flexra, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the fees you incur. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file.
Service fees are generally non-refundable once a block has been accepted through Flexra, except where a refund is required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@flexra.app and we'll review it.
Flexra works alongside third-party services, including Amazon Flex and our payment provider, Stripe. We do not control those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, actions, or decisions of any third party.
You are responsible for the device you use Flexra on, for keeping it working and charged, and for any mobile data, roaming, or internet charges you incur. Flexra needs an internet connection to work, and we are not responsible for problems caused by your device, your connection, or your data plan.
We may update, change, or discontinue parts of Flexra at any time — to improve it, fix problems, or for legal or operational reasons. We may also release updates that you will need to install for the app to keep working.
Flexra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Information shown in the app, including offer details, comes from third parties such as Amazon and may not always be accurate, complete, or current. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in any particular block, amount of work, or income.
To the extent permitted by law, Synexa Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of Flexra — including losses caused by internet connectivity, your device, or third-party services — and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You can stop using Flexra and cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the updated version here and change the date above.
